Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, but there were some issues with additional fees at check out, AC at night, housekeeping lapses, and small room size. Despite that, the warm welcome made up for it.
The hotel surprise me. The rooms are small but no complaints as I have stayed in smaller rooms at more expensive hotels. Carrying my luggage to the 9th floor was worth it for a clean, quiet stay with convenient parking. The well-decorated rooms were clean and had very comfortable beds.
The hotel offered small but quiet and nice rooms. The service was top-notch, especially from the friendly cleaning staff and receptionists. The location was excellent near the metro station and airport. Dining options were varied but faced challenges due to long queues. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few areas for improvement.
My short stay was made good by the hotel despite some room issues. The washroom was not up to par but overall a decent experience. The service, while friendly, needs improvement in responsiveness. The location was convenient and the dining experience was not as expected. Facilities were decent overall.
I loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and a great value for money, but I wished they were a bit larger for the price. The location was fantastic with a variety of nearby restaurants, although it was a bit disappointing that the hotel threw a party on New Year's Eve that restricted access to common areas. The service was fabulous, especially after a long flight, and the staff went above and beyond to help with local travel questions. The dining experience had a bit of everything but could have been better. Overall, a great place to stay with some minor drawbacks.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were bigger than expected and very clean. However, there were initial problems with water leakage, but the staff promptly addressed this by providing a new room. The service was present in the room but encountered some rudeness during check-in, which was disappointing. The location was excellent with proper sanitization measures in place, although it was a bit far from most tourist attractions. The dining experience was good overall but could be improved in terms of space at the breakfast restaurant. The facilities were decent with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel was convenient for commuting on public transportation and close to a cheap supermarket, but lacked lighting and pedestrian crossings for nearby restaurants. The rooms were tidy and clean but on the smaller side for the price range. Service was excellent, with the staff going above and beyond to assist, especially Brandon during check-in. The dining options were somewhat limited, with basic choices, and the price was decent. The location near Qusais was slightly further than expected on foot but very close to the metro station.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were well-cleaned and spacious, accommodating three people comfortably, but the late-night arrival arrangements were not held. The staff was a bit hit-or-miss, sometimes rude and dismissive of complaints, but other times excellent and easily recommendable to family and friends.
This hotel is not perfect, but it's a decent stay overall. The rooms are very nice and clean, though a bit small. The service was really great, especially from Virendra and Bharat in housekeeping and Ashantosh & Anastasia at reception. The location may seem a bit run down, but it's not bad if you're familiar with Dubai's public transport. The dining options were good, though some may find the variety lacking. Facilities are well-maintained and offer a comfortable experience.
The hotel is great, with a variety of nearby restaurants. The rooms were very good, but slightly lacking. The service could improve with a better standard operating procedure. The location is nice, well-decorated, but the breakfast area can get crowded. The dining options were limited with a bit of a timing issue. Overall, a convenient spot depending on your plans.
My stay at the hotel was mostly pleasant, with some drawbacks. The rooms were reasonably sized but not as clean as I would have liked. On the bright side, the staff was incredibly helpful with carrying our luggage, which was a nice touch.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were tidy, spacious, and well-laid out, providing a clean and comfortable stay for the three people in the room. However, the service lacked consistency, with some staff members being friendly and accommodating while others were less so. The location was convenient for those needing to access the airport quickly but lacked nearby dining options and had some inconveniences during special events. The dining options were limited, with some dishes not meeting expectations. Despite these drawbacks, the facilities offered were satisfactory.
The hotel is in a convenient location next to the metro and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. Although the rooms were a bit crampy and had water leakage in the wash basin, the staff was very friendly and helpful, even advising me on gluten-free meal options. The dining experience offered something different every day for Suhoor. The price was reasonable, but few vegetarian options were available, occasionally limiting the dining experience.
The hotel is conveniently located near the metro station and offers fast check-in service. The rooms had issues with hot and cold water supply but were clean and cozy. The dining experience had varied options but was not consistent. The staff was warm and welcoming, offering assistance promptly. The location is good with supermarkets and restaurants nearby.
The hotel offers cozy rooms that, despite being a bit smaller than average for this region, were spotlessly clean and came with complimentary drinking water. The service was exceptional, with particularly polite and helpful staff, like Asmantha. The location, while a bit challenging to find initially, is convenient for travelers needing a short stay between flights and is bolstered by the availability of free shuttle services. The dining options were sufficient but lacked variety. Overall, a decent choice for a brief stay near the airport.
